Construction
STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY & AERODYNAMICS
Revolution Motorhomes exemplifies cutting-edge design with a streamlined, slightly tapered aerodynamic body shape and smoother, rounded features. This innovative design dramatically reduces the frontal surface area, enhancing on-road stability, aerodynamics, and fuel efficiency. Drivers will experience reduced wind noise and the convenience of operating the cabin side windows without the typical wind buffeting. Our triangulated body structure optimizes internal living space and maximizes strength while minimizing overall width.
The triangulation enhances aesthetics and fortifies the structural integrity of the entire motorhome. By ensuring that our awnings do not protrude beyond the widest part of the vehicle, we have reduced overall width by 100 mm, allowing for a safer and easier driving experience.
While some of our stability and safety improvements may not be immediately visible, they are significant. For instance, our slide-out pressure seal eliminates water leaks by securely locking the slide-outs into the body with a clamping force exceeding 2.5 tonnes, which significantly increases the body rigidity. This robust design gives owners confidence in their motorhome's performance.
Revolution's focus on lightweight innovations is evident in our choice of materials. Our composite motorhome body panels are skillfully manufactured in Australia utilizing premier European composite skins and cores; these are combined with aircraft-grade, high-tensile alloys, the introduction of advanced low-friction/low-maintenance materials, and our two-pack painted composite parts formed from fibreglass, carbon fibre, and Kevlar.
One of Revolution's latest lightweight innovations is the composite water tanks made from fibreglass, carbon fibre, and HDPE non-toxic nylon. These tanks are significantly lighter and stronger than traditional RV tanks and prevent toxic chemicals from leaching into the motorhome's freshwater tanks.
SUPERIOR LOWER BODY PROTECTION
Revolutions Motorhomes' unmatched lower-body protection features replaceable alloy lower body panels and a fibreglass and carbon fibre rear bumper fortified with four layers of Raptor. Revolution’s motorhomes are engineered to withstand the rigours and challenges of the road. If you’re unfortunate enough to have a mishap, replacing our lower panels is a straightforward, easy repair.
Advance Slide-Out Technology
RMH SLIDEOUT TECHNOLOGY
Revolution's 850 mm extension full-length high slide-out system is a testament to our technical expertise and decades of firsthand industry experience. This expertise allows us to develop state-of-the-art pressure-sealed full-length slide-outs that are over five times stronger and extend more than twice the distance that other manufacturers can reliably achieve.
Our innovative slide-out technology enables the creation of spacious full-length slide-out motorhomes featuring a generous internal living area of 3.2 meters in width. Our car-licence motorhomes provide more living space and luxurious features than much larger truck-licence motorhomes.

Car Licence Benefits:
Car-licence motorhomes allow for shared driving and no parking restrictions for vehicles under 7.5 meters. Furthermore, these motor homes generally retain a better resale value.
Truck Licence Limitations:
Truck-licence motorhomes are assigned a Blue-strip National Heavy Vehicle registration plate, which imposes several restrictions, including a one-hour parking limit within 100 meters of residential areas (a permit may be required to park on your premises), a zero-alcohol blood level requirement, and the risk of losing your truck licence due to health or vision issues. Additionally, truck-licence motorhomes are subject to a speed limit of 100 km/h and weigh station checks, with parking restrictions for motorhomes longer than 7.5 meters.
Choosing a car-licence motorhome from Revolution offers greater flexibility and comfort.
Our slide-outs are an integral structural element of our floor and rollover frames. As the length of our slide-outs increases, so does the number of supporting runners. Revolution's manufactured patented slide-outs are constructed from advanced lightweight, high-strength, low-friction materials alongside high-tensile alloy extruded rails. Our slide-outs are lighter and easier to maintain than designs used in the past two decades, which are still in use today.
Our superior-strength slide-out system effectively prevents excessive movement. The innovative pressure seal system locks the slide-outs in position with a force of around 2.5 tonnes, ensuring a 100% vapour-proof seal that eliminates traditional water leak issues. The pressure seal always maintains contact with the slide-out, wiping away water or debris as the slide-out retracts.
TRADITIONAL SLIDE-OUTS
Strength and durability issues restrict traditional slide-outs to extensions of only 400 mm to 600 mm. Typically, only providing an internal width of up to 2.85 meters. Most traditional motorhomes only slide out the bedhead, a lounge, and perhaps a fridge; they fall short of achieving Revolution's remarkably spacious and highly functional 3.2-meter-wide full-length interiors and luxurious features.
Water leaks and their causes can often be associated with these limitations. Traditional slide-outs lack restraint while driving, resulting in continuous movement, grinding damage, and within the wall opening damage to the side of the motorhome.
Driving Safety
DRIVING CAMERAS
Revolution's standard 360-degree camera system is essential for enhancing driving safety by delivering unparalleled visibility around the motorhome. Equipped with Blind Spot and Pedestrian Alerts, this system ensures that drivers are fully aware of their surroundings. Activating the indicators displays a complete side view on the screen, while a dedicated switch allows for clear visibility of the area behind the vehicle. Our additional dual-side camera system, featuring two 170-degree side mirror-mounted cameras and a dash-mounted split screen, guarantees seamless, uninterrupted views on both sides of the motorhome at all times. Front and rear sensors are standard safety features that further bolster on-road safety.
AUTO-LOCKING CABINETS
Revolution's Engineers automatic cabinet locking system sets the standard in compliance with Australian Vehicle Safety Standards. It guarantees that all internally stored items remain secure, even under forces exceeding 20 G's. This critical feature prevents dangerous flying objects during abrupt stops or accidents. When the motorhome's engine ignites, our auto-locking mechanism activates all internal drawers, pantry, and wardrobe doors, ensuring your secured belongings remain in situ without any effort on your part.
RIDE COMFORT AND CONTROL
Experience unparalleled ride comfort with Revolution's installation of rear airbags on the back axle of our Mercedes Sprinter-built motorhomes. These airbags can be easily adjusted from the driver's cabin, allowing you to customize pressure, comfort, and handling based on the road conditions. Our airbag system also provides for independent lifting and lowering of each side of the motorhome to ensure optimal levelling and stabilization. Moreover, our optional onboard tire-inflation system enhances your journey's convenience.
Power
Revolution leads the way in innovative technology and user-focused electrical systems. We've rigorously tested high-end electrical control systems to develop a reliable, user-friendly electrical control framework that meets the highest standards. Our in-depth evaluations of battery performance, charging capacities, solar panel efficiency, and 12V solar panel operation yield systems that prioritize ease of maintenance and functionality.
Our trials with Victron have resulted in the installation of their superior components that match our expansive battery and solar charging capacities. Our motorhomes' slim-line control touch panels are designed for precision, minimizing false triggers and equipping users with a powerful app for seamless control from their smartphone or the panel itself.
LITHIUM BATTERY POWER
While many luxury motorhome manufacturers offer limited lithium battery capacities—ranging from 200ah (2.4kw) to 840ah (10kw)—Revolution provides unmatched options that set the benchmark in the industry. Our small 6.8m long motorhome boasts a standard lithium battery capacity of 300ah (3.6kw), with available upgrades to 620ah (7.45kw). The standard 7.6m model starts with a robust 620ah (7.45kw), with an upgrade option to 1240ah that delivers an exceptional 14.88kw. The flagship 30-foot Sanctuary-Elite has an astonishing standard battery capacity of 2,480ah (29.76kw), complemented by a powerful 1,650-watt solar system.
SOLAR POWER
Revolution is committed to maximizing solar power capabilities to ensure superior performance in our motorhomes. Each model is carefully designed to accommodate the most extensive solar systems available, ensuring optimal off-grid power potential. Our small 6.8m Desire range comes equipped with 600-watt solar with an option to upgrade to a whopping 1,100-watt solar system. Our larger 30ft Sanctuary models feature an impressive standard solar setup of 1,650 watts. Even with these extensive solar capabilities, we've ensured that all the necessary luxury features remain uncompromised, including fan hatches, roof-mounted air conditioners, and the latest StarLink ROAM Mini satellite system.
3.5KW GENERATOR
Initially, Revolution utilized the Dometic Tec 29 generator, which provided a maximum continuous output of 2.6kw. However, in our relentless pursuit of improvement, we have invested in developing a new, lightweight 3.5kw generator that significantly outperforms its predecessor. After extensive development, we confidently present a generator system that delivers 23% more power—setting a new standard for reliability and efficiency in our motorhomes.
Revolution's new generator delivers exceptional performance and seamlessly works in with our Victron 3 KW / 120 amp and 5 KW / 220-amp inverters. It can even be optioned to automatically start and recharges when our house batteries hit a preset voltage.
Our Victron inverter systems also continuously monitor the incoming mains 240-volt power, if additional power is required, the system automatically synchronizes the sine wave, adding extra power without disruption. When there's an excess of 240-volt power, the inverters automatically charge the batteries at 120 or 220 amps, depending on the model selected.
Though it may seem complex, this system is impressively reliable and user-friendly; most customers barely notice it efficiently operating in the background.
OPTIMISING THE GENERATOR’s POSITION
Most customers and unfortunately manufacturers underestimate the importance of generator positioning. Optimizing the weight distribution, noise, vibration, and exhaust fumes is a very crucial part of designing a genuine luxury motorhome, one manufacturer claiming to have decades of experience, still dangerously mounts their generator and exhaust fumes under the slide-out directly beneath the bed.
GAS CAPACITY
While most luxury motorhomes can only accommodate two 4.5 kg gas bottles, Revolution breaks the mold with the ability to carry two 9 kg bottles. These bottles are strategically mounted higher, ensuring easy detachment and maneuverability without unnecessary bending.
OFF-GRID GASLESS OPTION
Revolution leads the way with Off-Grid and Gasless options. We have invested significant resources to maximize battery capacities while enhancing ourvarious motorhome sizes with superior solar charging systems. Our innovative remote-start generator is more powerful and less obtrusive, providing an increased water capacity compared to competitors. Add to this our optional 240-volt external BBQ and the ability to replace the standard gas hot water system with a diesel option, and it's clear: Revolution is setting the standard.

Water
CUSTOM-MADE TANKS
Revolution's Mercedes Sprinter LWB 7.48m motorhomes boast a standard freshwater capacity of 210 litres, easily expandable to 280 litres and can be optioned up to an impressive 325 litres (Light Truck license required). Our standard greywater capacity is 90 litres, depending on toilet selection and freshwater capacity; this can be increased to 135 or upgraded to just under 200 litres.

RMH’s AUTOMATED FRONT SWIVEL SEATS
RMH’s automated driver & passenger swivel seats provide the ultimate in Motorhome luxury convenience, no more having to open the cabin doors and manually struggling to turn the front seats around, simply position the seats in the correct position and push the button, they smoothly rotate into the desired position.

INTERNAL STORAGE.
Traditional motorhomes often sacrifice wardrobe depth and the length of the bed to create a seemingly spacious interior, significantly limiting storage capacity. This unfortunate trade-off can restrict valuable external space for items like BBQs, TVs and coolers.
Revolution's Desire's interior living space is 350 mm wider than traditional slide-out motorhomes. Our full-depth wardrobes allow their lower external access storage to accommodate pull-out and swing-out BBQs and TVs. Our deeper slide-outs also offer kitchen benchtops that measure 0.9 m in depth, providing a remarkable 30% increase in bench space. This intelligent use of space includes two additional exterior storage bins, perfectly designed to hold two 9 kg gas bottles and a much larger, insulated bin for a 3.5 kVA remote-start petrol generator.
We've also significantly enhanced our storage capacity with an expansive ensuite vanity unit that discreetly houses a front-loader washing machine behind the vanity mirror and fully automated slide-out external storage bins.

RMH TOILET SYSTEM
Revolution has engineered a groundbreaking toilet system which effectively resolves the common problems RV users face. Conventional RV toilets are notorious for unpleasant odours, annoying noise emanating from macerator pumps, and disruptive vacuum pumps. Moreover, carrying heavy waste containers that require emptying at dump points or standard toilets is unacceptable.
Our new flushing toilet system features a cutting-edge fibreglass composite holding tank and an advanced odour extraction system. This innovation delivers a quite dignified, hassle-free experience. To empty the holding tank, simply connect the waste hose and turn on the system via your phone app. Once emptied, press another button and it automatically flushes and cleans the holding tank, tank sender and waste hose.

Revolution leads the way in superior under-body storage and access. Our driver-side under-body bins are designed to permanently attach to the slide-out, eliminating the need to crawl awkwardly underneath access. In 2020, we set the industry benchmark by introducing the first fully automated, remote-controlled external underbody storage bins. With the press of a button on your phone app, the bin door effortlessly unlocks and opens, and the spacious internal storage drawer slides out smoothly for immediate access. Initially designed for customers with mobility needs, this feature has quickly become a favorite among all our customers.
